• Issue newly minted Earned Beans to Stalkholder over the course of the season, proportional to the percent of the Season that has elapsed.
• This is necessary to include at the same time the instant Withdraw is implemented, otherwise a sandwich attack can be performed on sunrise by Deposited assets in the Silo, calling sunrise and then immediately Withdrawing while having no Bean exposure for any number of blocks.
